Vouchers should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Vouchers which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted. Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers or products. If a selected treatment is for a higher amount than the face value of the voucher(s), the difference can be made up with cash. If a purchase is for a lower amount, no change can be given. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions. Present this voucher when booking your treatment. This voucher is limited to use by one (1) person only. Bookings are essential. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date reflected on the voucher and is not valid thereafter.
