South African members of this organisation require that members are a Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman or President of their company before reaching their 44th birthday. Their company’s annual gross sales must exceed 7m USA Dollars and employ at least 50 full time employees.

Social Responsibility

Underprivileged/community responsibility- Cominelli is actively involved in counselling and supporting the establishment of facilities for the underprivileged in particular HIV-positive infants in the urban areas of South Africa.

It was largely out of sheer frustration at the inability to easily access wellness and health facilities that met her expectations, that at led Rioma to begin a chain of Spas in early 2000′s.

Today Cellu- Beauty operates and owns 20 spas around South Africa and with several more in the pipeline. Cellu-Beauty has its head quarters in Kwa Zulu Natal with a full training school, its own product ranges manufactured specifically to suit the South African skins, lifestyles and body conditions. Its quality team conducts customer surveys monthly to ensure that the quality of services meets and as far as possible exceeds expectation. The research team also investigates latest developments in treatments and products around the world, and introduces only those that it believes are of value to our South African customers. Cellu- Beauty today has a panel of mystery shoppers who visit and critique its Spas to ensure independent quality control is maintained.
