Gift Vouchers
Purchase a Gift Voucher online and we will deliver it directly to you. Vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of issue and are redeemable at any of our spas countrywide. Just call the spa of your choice to make a booking date and time for your preferred treatment and present your original Voucher on arrival. Your chosen treatment/s must be to the value of the Voucher, if it is more than the voucher amount , you are welcome to pay the difference. Unfortunately we do not offer cash refunds.
Terms and Conditions
- Vouchers should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Vouchers which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted.
- Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers or products. If a selected treatment is for a higher amount than the face value of the voucher(s), the difference can be made up with cash. If a purchase is for a lower amount, no change can be given. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions.
- Present this voucher when booking your treatment.
- This voucher is limited to use by one (1) person only. Bookings are essential.
- Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date reflected on this voucher. The voucher is not valid thereafter.
